Get Involved

We invite you to join us in our mission to support freedom of expression for writers in Australia and around the world. 

Here are some meaningful ways you can get involved:

  1. Subscribe to PEN. Then you'll be the first to know when there's campaigns, events or news to share.

  2. See what events you might like to attend on our events page, or follow us on Eventbrite or Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. We are still continuing to host events virtually through the current COVID-19 pandemic.

  3. Start writing writing letters to those in government. We keep our letter writing campaigns up to date with the writers for whom we are currently campaigning for a release.

  4. Think about donating. You can do a once-off donation, or you can become a member.
